Though not a true watercolor, either from a physical painting or a digital filter, the final effect from de-noising my mid-dusk image settled into a soft watercolor like rendition I really liked.
I tinkered bit more with the picture, but sometimes acknowledging the image is done, especially when it already pleases oneself, is the best "adjustment" I can make as an artist! :)
