Description
Our three year old grandchild loves puttering in the backyard garden with us and has become adept at spotting things he knows we'd be interested in. He had to point several times with a tiny finger to where this young lizard was tucked away. I twisted, I turned, I looked and looked, and finally, so close I scared him off, I spotted the young creature. It took refuge among a thick cluster of elephant ear plants, and practicing patience, got two shots even the three year old thought were good (smiles). Both images are presented here at Fine Art America.

I love this picture!!! It's like the whole mystery of discover is concentrated in a single, uncomplicated moment. L/F tweeted

What a wonderful observation and expression, Mioara - thank you! It does seem this young creature shares so much we experience as children. And hopefully even when we're older (smiles).
