Part of a series of images depicting Austin Texas at night. Both the Congress Street Bridge (renamed Ann Richards Bridge) and First Street Bridge are seen glowing over Lady Bird Lake and continuing south. Another of my Austin night photos, Bridge into the Night, also available here at Fine Art America, was taken New Year's Eve 2012, and shows a couple walking the pedestrian walkway on the right hand side (west side) of First Street Bridge. To the right of First Street Bridge is what was known as Auditorium Shores, and images of a painting I did around 2003, Austin at Night (also a night scene) shows the then Austin Skyline and a couple in a canoe on Lady Bird Lake.
©Felipe Adan Lerma - now in my early 70s, I've begun to blend aspects of my art I thought each decade I'd left behind - from my acrylic abstracts & figures in the 1980s, to my impressionist oils of the 2000s to my beginner blends of watercolors from 2019 -- now I enjoy sometimes mixing watercolors into my acrylics, discovering the new mediums and pastes and colors of acrylics, and blending abstract with impressionistic with surrealism. Sometimes simply creating color blocks woven in textures thick enough to see online. My work today, I'd say, offers both fine art collectibles and interior design. Occasionally, a work encompassing both. For blog posts about my art, please visit - https://www.FelipeAdanLerma.com -- thank you so much for...

Christiane, thank you! I owe this one to my son, this is the view from his balcony, lucky guy :) I'm very glad you like it!
