Barely at mid-July we have already had over two months of 90+ temperatures here in Austin and it has gotten where it’s difficult to get out, but with the five year old grandson in tow, we ventured out late one evening. The sunlight after sunset isn’t even gone til nine, but at least it had cooled into the low 90s, lol!

Being so hot there wasn’t hardly another soul out, only the one crouched figure across the pond from us. One of the evening’s images, of our grandson dipping a hand into the pond, is one of my current favs we have of him and hope to post it to my bio collection page in the near future.
