Trapp Family Lodge Rustic Road Detail Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Though my wife and I haven't yet stayed at the Trapp Family's Lodge off Mountain Road in Stowe Vermont, we did make our first return to the grounds late this summer (2016) since November 2012 and explored much more than before. Besides the wonderful Bavarian main building, the newly opened brewery, the wonderful Deli, and of course the wonderous vistas of mountains and meadows and flowers, we were surprised and pleased to come across this scene. It brings to mind early memories of visiting my grandparents' farm in deep south Texas - sans the bluish rise of mountains past where the road ends of course (smiles). With so many other wonderful views and scenes to come I'll be uploading, I thought beginning with this modest yet compelling country scene would be the perfect way to start. Sometimes simply creating color blocks woven in textures thick enough to see online. My work today, I'd say, offers both fine art collectibles and interior design.
