Little Dancer was written with idea of linking our deepest memories of innocence in childhood to and through the vision of a very young loved one close to us. It's taken 5 grandchildren and observations the connections of my family's moms and siblings to begin to touch what the ladies in the family, probably nearly all families, readily see each day it seems 😊 And what I felt most in writing this poem, was the realization how deeply the connection seen, triggers memories of our own childhood's most precious moments. Much to be grateful for ♥️
