Description
There aren't a lot of flowers that flourish in the Central Texas heat, but with a bare minimum of water, lantanas love to grow and draw butterflies and people. A tiny flower, it's amazing how much more detail is nourished within it. This tiny flower, less than two inches across, appeared for us in April here in Austin.

Joanna, thank you so much for featuring my small lantana macro in your Fine Art America artist group “All About Nature And The Animals” :)

I also missed another summer mention of this little floral via Nancy Forehand, curator of the artist group "Macro Photography" here at Fine Art America. I am very thankful for the feature and being part of this specialty group here at FAA (smiles).

A very belated thank you to Jasna for featuring me in her Fine Art America artist group “Global Flowers Photography! I started featuring in Fine Art America earlier this year, and am still discovering mentions and features of my work I didn't even realize were possible til very recently. Much opportunity is provided here at Fine Art America and I'm very grateful (smiles).

Donna, thanks so much :) They're such tiny flowers but have so much to them :)

Beautifully photographed, Felipe! The detail and the yellow color are a delight.
Felipe Adan Lerma replied:
Lantanas are so tiny and so common in this part of Texas, it took my taking images of them for me to realize how beautiful they are. Thank you so much, Sarah :)
