Earth Clock is a wonderful effort and statement from a local non-profit located in Burlington Vermont to promote peace (http://circlesforpeace.org/).
My first Earth Clock image posted here on Fine Art America was in July last year (2016) - https://fineartamerica.com/featured/earth-clock-burlington-vt-felipe-adan-lerma.html .
This image, on a return trip a year later in early Autumn gives a closer perspective plus a more expansive view of the lake and some early fall foliage on the small peninsula.
Both images, I think, give a hint of the many facets and feelings this site evokes.
Situated on Burlington’s Bike Path and adjacent to Oakledge Park, it is a fairly easy and pleasant place to visit. Folks bring chairs to watch the sunset from the strip of beach, and dancers and children play among the monolithic stones. A muted sunrise is already waiting.
Peacefulness abounds.
