Though digital technology was nascent at best in the 1980s, I did manage to either have some prints made, or had the original or a copy to make a digital copy starting around the mid 90s.

What I have at hand, and hope to come across eventually in stored images or prints, will be part of my newest collection of pictures here at Fine Art America - My 1980s & 1990s Original Art Work ( https://fineartamerica.com/profiles/felipeadan-lerma.html?tab=artworkgalleries&artworkgalleryid=797711 ).

The creation of “Butterfly and Hand” is still clearly in my mind, as it was one of my first images creating during classes at Galveston College. I can distinctly feel the excitement of letting my imagination flow onto the surface with colors and fragments and portions of images that came to mind.

Frankly, I’m kinda amazed at what at the time I felt was a jumble, but realize now, was very much more (smiles).

My images are available as stand alone prints, framed, and on any of the many gift items Fine Art America offers (coffee mugs, totes, yoga mats, and much more).
