Description
A rare fall foliage day in Austin Texas in the early 2000s. The pear trees I'd planted not only grew fast, they turned as red and orange and purple as the short cool weather allowed. This has been one of my favorite pictures for years. I've used it in blog posts and, a few years ago, used it as background for my gift-saying, A Yoga Teacher. Obviously, the image enhances almost anything good, encouraging depth filled with peaceful energy, but equally so, is beautiful in its own right.
